  • How can I book a party?
    To book a party over 15 people click HERE. To book a kids party click HERE. You are also welcome to send us an email to mkelch@gametimefun.com. Please include the date, time and how many guests you are looking to host!
  • Can I bring a cake or cupcakes?
    You are welcome to bring a cake or cupcakes! If you are looking to bring an ice cream cake, please request this through our event planner to ensure we have the proper storage available.
  • Can I decorate for the party?
    You are welcome to bring in table décor such as small centerpieces, any themed plates, or napkins you would like, as well as balloons. Balloons must be attached to a weight. We do not allow any confetti, glitter, streamers or for any items to be adhered to furniture or walls.
  • Can I upgrade the birthday games bands?
    We offer a birthday party upgrade from 200 credits to 340 credits for an additional $16.00 per child.
  • Can I confirm the booking without a deposit?
    A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.
  • When do you need to know my final group size?
    Final numbers for your event are due 72 hours before your event date.
  • How long will the kids’ birthday party last?
    All events are for a 2-hour time period in our dining room, however there is no time limit for the arcade.
  • How many guests are required to book a kids' birthday party?
    We require 10 or more children, ages 12 and under for our kid’s party packages. If you are looking to host a party for teenagers, please indicate this in your event form as we have add on options for our older kids.
  • Do I have to provide food for adults that attend my kids' birthday?
    Seating is guaranteed based on how many children are attending plus 1-4 seats for supervising adults. If you are looking to host a group of adults as well, we do look to have a package selected for them, or they are able to join us on their own as guests in the dining room with our standard menu.
  • Where will my party take place?
    All of our events are seated based on their total size and arrival time. If you have a special seating request, please let your event planner know and they will always do their best to accommodate.
  • How many guests are required to book an adult event?
    We have a minimum of 15 adults required to book an event package.
  • Are drinks included in buffet packages?
    Drinks can be added on to your package as an open bar, cash bar, or with drink tickets.
  • Can I just make a normal reservation for a group?
    You are welcome to make a reservation for up to 20 total guests. All groups over 20 guests are required to book an event package.
  • Why is 20 guests your maximum group size?
    We want to ensure all o our guests in our dining room have amazing experience while in our care. In order to provide a high level of service, and ensure your food and beverage order is at the highest quality, we have imposed these group size maximums.
